What it does while you sleep

  1. Hunts PNet · CareerJunction · Careers24 · Bizcommunity · iHarareJobs · VacancyMail · JobsZimbabwe · GoZambiaJobs · UNjobs · Impactpool — per-candidate keywords, excludes and city prefs.
  2. Drafts one LLM call per match: relevance score, cover letter, tailored CV — never invents facts, uses only the candidate profile you approve.
  3. Renders print-ready PDFs (ZA/ZW/ZM CV formats) and sends the card: "Accountant @ Acme — Match 87%" with ✅ / ❌.
  4. Only after your tap: it emails the ad's apply address from your mailbox, signed as the candidate, with the PDFs attached. Capped per candidate and per day so your mailbox never gets flagged.
  5. When the employer answers: the reply reaches the candidate and you, and STPi pings you: interview invite, question, no, or a bounced address.

Run it free, forever… on your own terms

Zero infrastructure. The default deployment is two GitHub Actions workflows — no server, no Docker, no credit card. Your state lives in your private repo.
Your keys, your mailbox. Bring a free-tier Groq/Cerebras/Gemini key and a Gmail app-password for your sending mailbox. We never hold either; both are encrypted at rest on your box.
Nothing to leak. Server side you keep {job_url, status, timestamp}. PDFs auto-purge in ≤72 h. No CRM, no tracking pixels, no "sales team will contact you".
Self-hosted option. Agencies that want sovereignty run the Docker image on their own box with a signed offline licence (read-only when it lapses — never a bricked machine).

Half of software support is "where do I click now?". Here is the whole journey, start to running, in one list. Every screen you'll open says the same things in fewer words.

  1. Buy on Whop (store, plans below). Whop messages you within a minute: your licence plus your personal setup link (/start/…).
  2. Open your setup link. It asks for exactly the three things a machine can't guess — your Discord (one-click bot install into a free server you made), your Gmail app password (Google: 2FA on → App passwords), and a free LLM key (Groq or Gemini). Each field carries its own one-minute how-to.
  3. Hunts start on the next cycle. Matches arrive in your Discord as cards — ✅ sends, ❌ skips. Nothing emails without a tap, ever; send caps keep your mailbox reputation boring.
  4. Add your own clients (candidates) in the same Discord. The candidates channel posts one card per job seeker: ➕ Add types their details (attach their CV with /candidate add cv:), 🔗 Invite mints a private link you WhatsApp them — they fill in their own details, upload their CV and give consent, and you approve before they're hunted. Plan seats (5 / 25 / unlimited) are the only ceiling.
Is it us or is it you? The machine answers for itself: stpi-mint /health — "ok": true and a fresh tick = everything is running; your screen is the place to look. Need help anyway? Same-day human on WhatsApp — for outages, not onboarding.

The honest questions

Why is the download not gated by an email form? Because you'd delete our number the second the demo expired, and we'd rather you forwarded the ZIP. The demo runs entirely on your machine — we couldn't collect your data if we wanted to.
What happens to my candidates' ID numbers, emails, CVs? They live in a YAML folder on your box or your private GitHub repo, and that's it. The product ships with a right-to-erasure button (delete file = gone, logs keep only an opaque id) and 72-hour PDF expiry.
Is the demo actually the product? Bit-for-bit — one environment flag separates demo from paid (STPI_FLAVOUR=demo). No feature lobotomy, just a 25-draft / 5-send / 30-day leash and a lot of purple upgrade banners.
What's your licence stance? Commercial, source-included, and each released version converts to MIT 24 months after release. The demo you're downloading may be freely re-shared unmodified — that's in the licence itself.
